Captain Jeffrey Herrera is a third-generation angler — his father and grandfather taught him to love this sport before he was old enough to hold a rod. Today he runs his operation out of Ocean World Marina in Puerto Plata aboard a fully equipped 38-foot Rampage Express, with a tuna-tower flybridge, fighting chair, and Shimano Tiagra rods rated 50 to 120 pounds. Seasoned anglers and first-timers get the same welcome — in his words, this sport is for everyone.
